LeAnn Pergola Knight is a unique lady; she enjoyed a career as an event planner and Vice President of Health Craft, Inc., she is the co-created of Health Craft cookware and the co-author of the best selling "Better Health Cookbook" series.
LeAnn is the mother of 4 children; David 26, Christina 25, Anthony 24 and Joshua 18, grandmother to Charles Jaxon David Knight 1, and wife of 28 years to cookbook author and TV Cooking Show Host Chef Charles Knight.

Among her many interests, LeAnn is an avid football fan, her favorite teams are Berkeley High School and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
LeAnn spent the last 3 seasons with Berkeley where youngest son Josh played nearly every skilled position including quarterback in his senior year. Her ability to inspire and motivate the players earned LeAnn the title of "Team Mom".
